Suka lari di gunung/perbukitan ga gaesss?
Lari di bukit & gunung memiliki tantangan tersendiri yg beda banget dg lari di medan datar.
Baik road maupun trail, keduanya memiliki kesamaan: kita butuh otot kaki & paru2 yg kuat.

Jauh dr pegunungan utk berlatih? No problem
Berikut adalah menu latihan #nonarunners agar tetap strong menghadapi tanjakan. 
1. Athletic Basic Coordination atau biasa disebut ABCrunning. 3 gerakan diatas hanya sebagian kecil dr menu latihan ABC. Resistance bisa ditambahkan pada sesi latihan agar langkah anda lebih ringan saat berlari. Ingat, jangan pakai pemberat kaki ya krn meningkatkan resiko cidera otot & sendi
2. Uphill sprint
Jika tidak ada track tanjakan panjang, track 50-100m pun cukup utk latihan ini. Ulangi 5-10x sesuai kemampuan. Selain menguatkan otot kaki, latihan ini juga melatih paru2 loh.
Sprint! not jogging 😉
3. One legged hop alias engklek, permainan yg sering kita mainkan jaman masih kanak2 dulu. Lakukan sambil menaiki anak tangga. Menu ini melatih kelincahan, keseimbangan, serta kekuatan ankle & betis, berguna banget agar tetap kentjang & koewat di tanjakan. Bisa dilakukan di dalam rumah kan? 
4. Front kick. Jaga paha & lutut agar tetap dlm 1 garis horisontal serta ujung kaki runcing. Latihan ini menguatkan otot paha depan serta menjaga koordinasi langkah saat lari downhill.
5. Side kick. Seperti front kick, paha & lutut hrs berada dlm garis horisontal. Lutut & ujung kaki menghadap ke atas.

Utk no.4 & 5 jaga pinggul tetap stabil menghadap ke depan, badan tegak, jgn doyong ke samping/belakang. Latihan ini juga melatih kekuatan otot perut loh. Try & find out why 😀

I don’t even know where to begin with today’s workout!  After doing 20 minute workouts I was far from prepared to workout for an hour straight. 😳🙊. I was prepared by waking up extra early this morning because I knew I wouldn’t make it through the entire workout without Q needing me to stop at least once🤔. Then the outcome of Shaun-a-thon literally had me exhausted!  Instead of going on with my day I just wanted to go to sleep! 😴 now of course we know that didn’t happen 😬 but I am happy to say that after this morning there is just one more day of transform 20... then into another round 😅. .
