Want to know something that I still struggle with? 
I find that coming up with excuses for not working out is much easier than working out. Take for example last week, I worked 68 hours I had no time to workout. But is that really true? 
What about the parents out there that have little ones and full time jobs. They have all the work that comes with little ones but they still found time to workout. 
I personally know such a parent. It is called discipline. I know I'm almost there, after a month I'm still doing meal preps so the discipline is there.  Now the only thing I need to do is get rid of the excuses.
Does this sound familiar? When you read this did you see yourself? If you did and you want to toss out the excuses send me a message and together we can beat the excuses.
Starting tomorrow, before my meeting in the morning I'm going back to one of my favorite workouts. If you want to join me let me know. Enough with the excuses!

These ladies have my whole heart. ❤️🥰 @vibrantbrowngirl lead such a 🔥class this morning! She even allowed me the opportunity to jump in on a couple of songs with her, which was a total confidence booster. Seeing all these beautiful smiling faces was everything I needed this morning and more. The motivation this group provided me was the real deal and I’m forever grateful. 😘

I need suggestions!! Now that I have a TON of hair, I can’t figure how to keep my pony tail tight while I work out! It started on the top of my head and now it is so droopy and has fallen so much. It’s driving me crazy! Any pointers as to how you get yours to stay up??

One of the many reasons I love Pure Barre....the way it’s changed and sculpted my arms like never before! Today was a different day. The little one struggled to get out the door but persevered. The sun came out & it was a whopping 53°F/12°C. I don't care if it lasts one day. I just loved training outside today.

Pre-race tune-up called for 6x200 at race pace. 2 min rest. If you swipe over you can see how I did. If you can count, then you will see 7. That is bc I was off on one so I did a do-over. Practice makes better not perfect.
